Start your year off right! Come join us at beautiful Veteran’s Park in Hoover for the inaugural Awaken 5K! Whether it’s a way to keep your New Year’s resolution to get moving, a warm-up to races down the line, or a chance to show off your elite speed, the Awaken 5K is a great place to join others to run for a great cause.
Awaken is a Birmingham based nonprofit, specializing in helping men and women recover from addiction and relational trauma. We offer support groups, recovery retreats, personal coaching, and consulting for churches…all with the goal of helping people experience the life they were created for, free from unwanted or addictive struggles. Your participation in the Awaken 5K will benefit our services and help us as we grow!
