Miles for Smiles 5K
We are so excited to be holding the 19th Annual Miles for Smiles Charity Run in-person again this year! Miles for Smiles is a 5K & 1 mile fun-run, and after party held annually by the University of Alabama School of Dentistry’s chapter of the American Student Dental Association (ASDA) benefiting Cahaba Valley Health Care (CVHC). CVHC provides dental and medical services to underserved patients in the Jefferson County area.
The race starts and ends at The Grocery Brewpub in Homewood, AL. After the race, join us for the after party at The Grocery Brewpub for food, drinks, and raffle prizes! You’ll not want to miss out!
Please note that the deadline to sign up to receive a t-shirt is August 19, 2022. T-shirt and goodie bag pick up starts at 7:30 on the day of the race. The 5K race starts at 8:30am, the 1 mile fun run starts at 8:45am, and the after party starts at 9:00am. Please note you must sign up by August 19, 2022 at 11:59pm to be guaranteed a race t-shirt of your desired size.
